About

Black and white photo of an abandoned building with classical columns.

In 2025, thousands of U.S. government employees lost their jobs.  For many of them, the sudden change forced an unexpected reckoning: a reconsideration of priorities; of passions; professional aspirations; and even personal identity.  Some viewed this as an opportunity for reinvention and embarked upon a journey of self-discovery and rebirth.  They began turning personal interests into professions; building businesses; mentoring others; and ushering in a new era limited only by their own resourcefulness and creativity.  Are you a former fed finding yourself faced with similar challenges?  Considering something new and unsure where to start?  Come join us.  There is no need to walk this road alone.  Hear the countless, inspiring stories of others who are already taking bold steps to define a new future for themselves.  Join the Fed Renaissance.
